I can honestly say that I love working out. Now I can’t say that I always have the energy, or time. And there are definitely days when my fibromyalgia pain prevents me from working out. But overall, I love it. Here are my routines that I am following and some of the moves that are helping me reach my goals. There are plenty of different workouts to try out there. Let’s see which ones bring on the best results. Do you have a workout that you love? What is it? I know that I would like to try it for sure!
